Program of Work

2020 - 2021Komachin Middle School's FBLA Program of Work (POW) is // Opportunities for Social & Service. We are working to make everyone feel comfortable and feel included in everything, no matter who they are. Our FBLA officers are using Club time during our virtual learning sessions to bring people together and create new friendships. We based this off of the NTPS Video theme for this year//Empowered Learners.




2019 - 2020Komachin Middle School's FBLA Program of Work (POW) is 'Feed the Change'. We are working with our District Office to pay down the school lunch debt for all students at Komachin.






2018 - 2019
Komachin Middle School's FBLA Program of Work (POW) is 'Everyone Belongs'. We strive to make everyone feel comfortable and feel included in everything, no matter who they are. Our FBLA officers are brainstorming ways to bring people together and branch new friendships.

Update > Thank you to everyone who donated and bought tickets to our FlapJack Fundraiser! Our FBLA members fed over 100 during their breakfast service. It was a great combination of a service experience and working to earn fees for our State Business Leadership Conference. A special thanks to Lisa Laughlin and Nitanya Jones for helping hostess and behind the scenes support! 2/13/2019 > KMS FBLA is fundraising so we can attend our State conference. We have a team of 15 students and are hosting a flapjack fundraiser at Lacey Applebee’s next Saturday, 8:45 - 11:45 AM. It’s $10 per ticket for a big breakfast. Come eat with us and have a good time.  2022 FBLA National Leadership Conference A team of 16 competitors travelled to Chicago, Illinois on June 27, 2022 for a full week of the annual FBLA National Leadership Conference.  The KMS FBLA Chapter earned 1st place, Nationally, for the ML Merit Award. This is a National initiative set out each year that challenges chapters to organize and engage their membership in chapter management & leadership over an 8 month period. Our team was lead by Satapat Tatarian (grade 7), KMS FBLA President and Spencer Hall (grade 7), KMS FBLA VP.
